We can also offer a wealth of experience in the field of manufacturing of shearing, bending, drilling and inserting tools and in manufacturing of injection moulds. Other than classic methods of machining, we are also equipped for electrospark machining and boring. From the point of view of machine equipment it would be appropriate to make a special mention of the state-of-the-art MICRON triaxial machining centre and equipment for so-called electrospark cutting from Charmilles.
We manufacture tools according to the customer’s documentation or according to documentation created by our own specialists, which may include proposal for the optimum design solution and subsequent manufacturing technology. The maximum possible weight of the final products is approximately 500 kg.
